摘要:
组蛋白去乙酰化酶(HDAC)是一类去除组蛋白赖氨酸残基乙酰基团的酶家族,通过调控组蛋白及非组蛋白的乙酰化水平而影响下游的基因表达。近年来随着对HDAC家族各亚型的研究深入,发现其在足细胞损伤等多种肾脏病变中发挥重要作用。本文就目前HDAC与足细胞损伤之间关系的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:
Histone deacetylases (HDAC) are a family of enzymes that remove acetyl groups from lysine amino acid of histone and nonhistone proteins.HDAC epigenetic regulated gene expression and affect cellular functions.Recent studies point to a critical roles for histone acetylation and deacetylation in the pathogenesis of kidney disease,including podocyte injury.This article reviews the current understanding of roles for individual HDAC isozymes in podocyte injury.
