摘要:

糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病严重微血管并发症之一,目前仍缺乏有效治疗措施。自噬作为一种溶酶体依赖性细胞内降解途径,能够清除体内异常蛋白、衰老细胞器和大分子物质,属于细胞自我保护机制。本文以肾固有细胞为切入点,在深入理解该领域国内外现状和研究进展的基础上,对自噬在DN中变化及作用机制进行了系统梳理和总结,提出自噬有望成为DN的潜在防治靶标。

Abstract:

Diabetic nephropathy is a serious complication of diabetes mellitus and lacks of effective treatment so far.As a lysosomedependent intracellular degradation pathway,autophagy removed abnormal proteins,aging organelles and macromolecule which involved in cells selfprotection.This article focused on the intrinsic renal cells,reviewed and summarized autophagys role in diabetic nephropathy on the basis of understanding the existing progress in this field at home and abroad,providing a hypothesis that autophagy is likely to become a potential prevention target of diabetic nephropathy.
