摘要:

糖尿病肾病以肾小球硬化、肾小管间质纤维化及肾血管病变为主要特征。肾小管间质占肾实质90%以上,肩负多种重要功能。在糖尿病环境下,受代谢紊乱、炎症状态、尿液成分变化及血流动力学改变等因素影响,肾小管上皮细胞出现氧化应激反应,分泌多种细胞因子,导致间质炎症和纤维化的发生,介导糖尿病肾病发生与发展。因此,阐明肾小管损伤的分子机制,对于确定药物干预靶点,延缓糖尿病肾病的进展具有重要意义。本文对近年来糖尿病肾病肾小管间质损伤机制研究的进展进行总结。

Abstract:

Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is characterized by glomerulosclerosis,tubulointerstitial fibrosis and renal vascular lesions.Tubulointerstitium account for 90% of renal volume,and tubule plays important role in renal function.Under the condition of diabetes,the renal tubules are affected by metabolic disorders,inflammation,proteinuria,hemodynamic changes and so on,these changes lead tubules to oxidative stress,cytokines secretion and finally lead to interstitial fibrosis.Tubules participate in and promote the progression of DN.So,illustrating the mechanism of tubulointerstitial lesions, finding drug targets will be of therapeutic implication.In this review,we will summarize the recent researches in this field.
