摘要: 足细胞是肾小球中的一种终末分化的上皮细胞,相邻足细胞间足突相交错形成特殊的细胞间连接——裂孔隔膜。裂孔隔膜上分子的稳定对维持足细胞正常形态及肾小球滤过功能具有重要意义。信号调节蛋白α(SIRPα)是一种近期新发现的在裂孔隔膜上表达的跨膜蛋白,正常状态下被高度磷酸化后转导胞内信号并维持足细胞自噬活性,其磷酸化水平的改变可能会参与并介导足细胞损伤。本文将就SIRPα在足细胞损伤中的作用研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: Podocytes are terminally differentiated epithelial cells of glomerular,highly specialized intercellular junctions between adjacent foot processes are bridged by slit diaphragms.The stability of slit diaphragms molecules is of great significance in maintaining the normal morphology of podocytes and the function of glomerular filtration.Signal regulatory protein alpha(SIRPα) is a recently found transmembrane protein expressed at slit diaphragm and is heavily tyrosine phosphorylated for intracellular signaling transduction,maintains autophagy activity of podocytes under normal conditions.Changes in SIRPα phosphorylation level may participate in and mediate podocyte injury.This review focuses on the research progress of SIRPα in podocyte injury.
