摘要:

缺氧诱导因子(HIF)是一类具有转录活性的核蛋白,调节体内多个代谢信号基因的转录。低氧环境下,HIF通过影响葡萄糖摄取、糖酵解等代谢过程,产生低氧适应。糖尿病肾病(DN)体内的高糖环境可通过多种途径上调HIF表达,促进肾纤维化发生。二甲双胍可对抗HIF的作用,在一定程度上延缓了DN的进展。本文拟就HIF对糖代谢调节、DN时HIF的代谢变化及其干预进行简述。

Abstract:

As a class of nucleoprotein with transcription activity, hypoxiainducible factor (HIF) regulates multiple gene transcription of metabolism signal. HIF can participate in glucose uptake and glycolysis progresses, to adapt the hypoxic environment. But for diabetic nephropathy (DN) patient, high glucose ambience upregulates HIF level by multiple ways, which promotes renal fibrosis. Its known that metformin can protect from hypoxiainduced renal fibrosis by attenuating the expression of HIF. In this paper, we briefly describe effects of HIF on glucose metabolism,and the regulation of metformin on HIF in DN patients.
