摘要:

慢性肾脏病(CKD)已经成为全球性公共健康问题,CKD对骨骼和矿物质代谢有显著影响,在估算的肾小球滤过率(eGFR)<60 ml/(min·173m2)时即可出现钙磷、碱性磷酸酶、甲状旁腺激素的血清浓度改变,国际学术界将上述病理生理变化称为CKD矿物质和骨异常(CKDMBD),其可导致CKD患者病死率逐年增高。众所周知,运动对普通人群身体机能等各方面的提高同样适用于CKD患者。透析患者身体机能的下降也可能通过运动干预得到改善,包括有氧训练、抗阻力训练和综合训练计划在内的许多干预措施。我们应该把运动纳入到透析患者的日常护理中,根据患者的特点或需要,确定最优的训练方案,以促进实施锻炼计划。

Abstract:

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) has become the global public health problem,which have significant effects on bone and mineral metabolism,the international academia named this phenomenon of chronic kidney disease mineral and bone abnormality(CKDMBD). It is known that the effect of exercise on improving physical function of the general population is suit for CKD patients,and the decline in physical function of dialysis patients may also be improved through exercise intervention,including aerobic exercise and resistant exercise. We should incorporate exercise into the daily care of dialysis patients,and determine the optimal training program based on the patients characteristics or needs.
