摘要: 环境变化可使生态系统中的物种多样性发生改变,进而影响物种间相互作用。同样,慢性肾脏病(CKD)可引起肠道菌群变化,并影响宿主健康。肾衰竭及其相关饮食和药物的变化,改变了肠道菌群菌种、比例及代谢产物的组成,形成以产生特定毒素为特征的病理状态,其表现为肠道屏障功能下降,细菌及其代谢产物移位至循环系统中,从而诱发相应的组织器官损害。因此,肠道菌群有望成为新的治疗靶点,以此改善CKD代谢异常、免疫功能紊乱等临床并发症有望成为可能。为此,本文将从生态学角度阐述肠道菌群与CKD之间的相互关系,探讨益生菌在CKD治疗中潜在价值。

Abstract: Environmental changes can cause species diversity in ecosystems,which in turn affects species interactions.Similarly,chronic kidney disease (CKD) can cause changes in the intestinal flora,and this change affects host health.Alterations of diets and drugs in renal failure have modified the composition,proportion,and metabolite composition of intestinal flora,and formed a pathological state characterized by production of specific toxins,which is manifested by decreased intestinal barrier function and intestinal flora metabolites shifted into the circulatory system,thereby inducing corresponding tissue and organ damage.Therefore,the intestinal flora can be used as a new therapeutic target to improve clinical complications such as abnormal CKD metabolism and immune dysfunction.To this end,we will elaborate the relationship between intestinal flora and CKD from an ecological perspective,and explore the potential value of probiotics in the treatment of CKD.
