依库珠单抗治疗 1 例 CFHR3 基因突变导致的妊娠相关非典型溶血尿毒综合征

摘要: 1 例 37 岁女性患者,妊娠中期出现急性肾损伤、无尿、血小板减少和微血管病性溶血性贫血,CFHR3 基因突变,诊断为妊娠相关非典型溶血性尿毒综合征 (P⁃aHUS),经激素、依库珠单抗和血液透析治疗后脱离透析,肾功能恢复,血小板正常,为 P⁃aHUS 的治疗提供新的思路和参考。

Abstract: This article retrospectively analyzed the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with pregnancy⁃related atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (P⁃aHUS) admitted to Sichuan Provincial People􀆳s Hospital, and reviewed the literature. This patient developed acute renal failure, anuria, thrombocytopenia, and microangiopathic hemolytic anemia in the second trimester of pregnancy. She had CFHR3 gene mutation and was diagnosed as pregnancy⁃related atypical hemolytic⁃uremic syndrome. After treatment with steroids, eculizumab, and dialysis, the kidney function recovered and platelets became normal, which provides new ideas and references for the treatment of pregnancy⁃related hemolytic uremic syndrome.
