Abstract: Renal transplantation is the preferred management for endstage renal disease.However,reccurence of all forms of primary glomerulopathy may lead to the graft loss,which would influence the survival rate and living quality of the recipient. In recent years,there have been many updates in  diagnosis and treatment of recurrence of primary glomerulopathy posttransplant. To understand this progress will help us to improve the survival of renal allograft.
