摘要: 线粒体是产生ATP的主要细胞器,参与细胞内多种生物学过程。虽然控制线粒体的生物合成、动力学变化以及其生理功能是一个复杂的过程,但近年来的研究在该领域取得了一定的进展。足细胞损伤是肾小球疾病发生发展的关键步骤。足细胞是位于肾小球基膜外侧具有复杂结构的终末分化细胞,是构成肾小球滤过屏障的重要组成成分。目前对足细胞能量代谢模式知之甚少,最近的研究表明能量代谢障碍可能参与足细胞损伤。我们在此对能量代谢紊乱以及线粒体功能障碍对足细胞损伤的促进作用进行综述和探讨。

Abstract: Mitochondria are the main organelles that produce ATP and are involved in a variety of intracellular biological processes. Although mitochondrial biogenesis,dynamic changes as well as its physiological function are complex processes,recent studies have made some progress in this field. Podocyte injury is a key step in the development of glomerular diseases. Podocytes are terminally differentiated cells with complex structures located lateral to the glomerular basement membrane and are important components that constitute the glomerular filtration barrier. Little is known about podocyte energetic patterns,and recent studies have shown that metabolic disorders may be involved in podocyte injury. We review and discuss here the promoting effects of metabolic disorders as well as mitochondrial dysfunction on podocyte injury.
