摘要:

慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者肾脏清除体内尿毒症毒素能力明显减退,高浓度的尿毒症毒素尤其是蛋白结合毒素(PBUTs)是心血管疾病(CVD)发生及发展的重要因素。充分认识PBUTs的合成代谢、生物毒性、清除方式对研究其影响CVD的发生机制具有重要的临床指导意义。本文就CKD患者PBUTs特性及其心血管疾病机制研究进展做一综述。

Abstract:

Kidney clearance capacity is deteriorated in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD),accumulation of uremic toxins (UTs) exert toxic effects on many vital organs,especially the cardiovascular system.Proteinbound uremic toxins (PBUTs) is an important factor in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease (CVD).It is of great clinical significance to fully understand the anabolism,biotoxicity,and clearance methods of PBUTs for studying the mechanism of CVD.Thus we reviewed the references,in order to illuminate the characteristics of PBUTs toxins and the mechanism of CVD in patients with CKD.
