Abstract:

Abstract A 57-year-old woman with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) presented with mild proteinuria.A renal biopsy showed mild proliferative lesion ,Electron microscopy revealed that microtubular structures or microspheres which derived from podocytes was present in the GBM. The final diagnosis was podocytic infolding glomerulopathy.
