Abstract: Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a clinical syndrome of sharp deterioration of renal function  in short period of time caused by a variety of etiologies.Due to the low efficiency of serum creatinine value and urine volume changes in early diagnosis of AKI,searching for potential AKI biomarkers is an urgent clinical problem to be solved.In this paper,research progress of microRNA as biomarker in the early diagnosis of acute kidney injury is reviewed.
