Abstract: Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a group of clinical syndromes with various of etiologies leading to renal function injury and a sharp decline in glomerular filtration rate.AKI is associated with high mortality rate and poor prognosis,we still dont have an easy way to monitor.Urine electrolyte assessment is simple，and this article reviews its clinical application in AKI.
