Abstract: The use of peritoneal dialysis (PD) to treat adults with acute kidney injury (AKI) has become more and more popular following evidence of similar outcomes when compared with other dialysis therapies,and PD has unique advantages in some aspects.The recently published,International Society for Peritoneal Dialysis (ISPD) practice recommendations updated the latest guidelines for PD treatment of AKI in adults.These guidelines extensively review the available literature and present updated recommendations regarding peritoneal access,dialysis solutions,prescription of dialysis and dialysis complications.In this paper,we had an interpretation of this guidelines.
