摘要:

糖尿病肾病(DN)是导致终末期肾病的原因之一,肾脏脂质沉积和代谢失调不仅与DN发病有关,而且也影响慢性肾脏病的进展。近年来游离脂肪酸(FFA)代谢在DN的作用越来越受到重视,FFA代谢紊乱导致足细胞中胆固醇聚集引起的脂毒性是DN一个关键的影响因素。大量的研究探讨了FFA代谢异常的机制及其在足细胞功能改变和死亡中的作用,本文拟对FFA水平、代谢异常的特点及其影响足细胞功能失调的分子机制作一综述。

Abstract:

Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is one of the causes of endstage renal disease. The renal lipid deposition and metabolic disorder is not only with the onset of DN, but also affect the progress of chronic kidney disease. Free fatty acid (FFA) in recent years, more attention paid to the metabolic function of DN, FFA metabolic disorder lead to fat cholesterol gathered enough cells toxicity is DN one of the key factors. A lot of research probes into the mechanism of FFA metabolic abnormalities and changes of sertoli cell function and the role of death. In this paper, the characteristics and its influence to the FFA levels and metabolic abnormalities molecular mechanism of sertoli cell dysfunction will be reviewed.
