Abstract:

 Hemodialysis is a way of treatment for uremia. The patients with uremia have many organ injuries, conventional thrice weekly in-centre haemodialysis can replace renal function, but also have many confiscations. The alternative dialysis regimens including nocturnal hemodialysis have more benefits on patients, such as small and middle molecule clearance, improvement of quality of life and cardiac function, decreament of economic buden. This review aims to provide a new research in nocturnal hemodialysis, as a theoretical basis for clinical work.
