摘要: 金属有机框架 (MOF) 作为一类新型的多孔纳米材料,其凭借高比表面积、可调控的孔径结构及丰富的活性位点,在肾脏病治疗中显现出巨大潜力,尤其可作为高效吸附剂用于清除尿毒症毒素。本文系统综述了各类 MOF 治疗肾脏病的应用进展,旨在为该领域提供创新的解决方案。

Abstract: As a new type of porous nanomaterials, metal-organic frameworks (MOF) have shown significant potential in the treatment of kidney diseases due to their high specific surface area, adjustable pore structure and abundant active sites, especially as efficient adsorbents for the removal of uremic toxins. This paper systematically reviews the application progress of various MOFs in the treatment of kidney diseases, aiming to provide innovative solutions for this field.
