摘要: 全基因组关联分析(GWAS)已发现大量与肾脏疾病发病风险相关的遗传变异位点,然而解析这些变异位点的作用机制仍面临重大挑战。随着表观遗传学研究的不断发展,针对染色质结构的相关研究对解析肾脏疾病发病风险做出了重要贡献。本文就目前染色质一维与三维结构在阐述肾脏疾病发病风险与发生机制中的应用做一综述。

Abstract: Genomewide association studies (GWAS) has found a large number of genetic variations associated with the risk of kidney diseases.However,exploring the mechanisms of these loci still faces significant challenges.With the development of epigenetics,the studies of chromatin structure have made an important contribution to analysis of  risk of kidney diseases.This article reviews the current application of chromatin onedimensional and threedimensional structures in elucidating the risks and mechanisms of kidney diseases.
