摘要:

哺乳动物肾脏后天再生能力低下,不能新生肾单位。但急性肾损伤发生后,在肾小管上皮细胞与肾小球足细胞中均可见修复现象。有研究认为,上皮细胞受损后由局部固有的原始祖细胞群进行增殖、分化,产生新的上皮细胞,但也有研究认为,是局部残留的成熟上皮细胞重新进入有丝分裂,并分化替代损伤、脱落的细胞,恢复组织结构。这两种机制假说目前仍有较大争论。本文就肾单位损伤后的祖细胞再生修复机制及上皮细胞的去分化再分化修复过程和相关研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:

Although mammalian postnatal kidney cant generate new nephrons, suggesting a low level of regenerative competence, both tubular epithelial cells and podocytes show the characteristics of proliferation and regeneration post acute kidney injury(AKI). There have been two opinions of the regeneration. On one hand, it is persistent local progenitor that proliferates, differentiates and generates epithelium post injury; on the other hand, remaining mature local epithelial cell may take the main role to repair, by reentering miotosis and replacing the injured cell. Whether the repair involves a persistent progenitor population or any mature epithelial cell remains argumentative, thus we review references here, in order to elaborate the mechanism of progenitor regeneration and differentiation redifferentiation of epithelial cell, and summarize the research progress of this field.
