Abstract:

Management of the pregnancy with chronic kidney disease (CKD) remains challenging for nephrologists. In this article, we reviewed the currently existed literature of CKD and pregnancy, including effects of pregnancy on kidney function, pregnancy outcomes and the management of pregnancy across the spectrum of CKD, looking forward to improving the pregnancy outcomes with CKD in the future.
