摘要: 线粒体在维持肾脏固有细胞正常功能中发挥了重要作用,糖尿病导致的高血糖状态,可引起线粒体稳态失衡和氧化应激反应,进而介导肾脏固有细胞损伤,参与糖尿病肾病的发生和发展。因此,靶向线粒体稳态失衡机制以及降低线粒体氧化损伤的小分子药物,有望为糖尿病肾病的治疗提供新的手段。本文将从靶向线粒体融合与分裂的干预、靶向线粒体生物发生的干预、靶向线粒体抗氧化剂及靶向线粒体自噬的干预等方面,综述近年来的最新研究进展。

Abstract: Mitochondria play a crucial role in maintaining the normal function of kidney resident cells. Hyperglycemia resulting from diabetes can disrupt mitochondrial homeostasis and increase oxidative stress, leading to damage in kidney cells and contributing to the development of diabetic nephropathy. Therefore, the development of small molecule drugs that target mitochondrial homeostasis imbalance could offer new treatment options for diabetic nephropathy. This paper will provide a comprehensive review of recent research advancements in drugs targeting mitochondrial homeostasis, mitochondrial biogenesis and mitochondrial antioxidants.
