摘要: N6-甲基腺苷(m6A)修饰是真核生物RNA上最常见的转录后修饰方式,能够调控RNA的剪切、稳定性、翻译等,从而影响多种生物学过程,参与多种疾病的发生、发展。近年来,大量的研究报道m6A修饰与肾脏疾病,如急性肾损伤、梗阻性肾病、糖尿病肾病等密切相关。本文主要综述 m6A修饰的概念、作用机制以及在肾脏疾病中的研究进展。

Abstract: N6-methyladenosine (m6A) is the most common type of post-transcriptional RNA modification in eukaryotic cells, which can regulate the splicing, stability and translatability of RNA, thereby playing a pivotal role in the regulation of various biological processes and in the development of various diseases. In recent years, a large number of studies have reported that m6A is closely related to kidney diseases, such as acute kidney injury,obstructive nephropathy and diabetic nephropathy. This review mainly includes the concept, mechanism of m6A and its research progress in kidney diseases.
