摘要：
IgG4相关疾病的肾脏受累统称为IgG4相关性肾病，是一种免疫介导的炎性纤维化疾病，可表现为间质性肾炎、肾小球性病变、腹膜后纤维化、肾脏炎性假瘤、慢性硬化性肾盂炎、肾动脉炎，其中以IgG4相关间质性肾炎最为常见，其次为IgG4相关膜性肾病，本文重点描述IgG4相关性肾病的病理改变及特征。

Abstract:
IgG4related kidney disease which is an immunemediated inflammatory fibrosis disease refers to all the kidney involvements of IgG4related disease.It can be presented as tubulointerstitial nephritis,glomerular disease,retroperitoneal fibrosis,renal inflammatory pseudotumor,chronic sclerosis pyelitis,and renal arteritis.IgG4related kidney disease has been found to most commonly manifest as IgG4related tubulointerstitial nephritis,followed by IgG4related membranous nephropathy.This article focuses on the pathological patterns and characteristics of IgG4related kidney disease.
