摘要: 肾缺血再灌注损伤(renal ischemiareperfusion injury,RIRI)是肾移植术后影响移植肾早期肾功能恢复和长期存活的重要因素,也是临床上引起急性肾损伤的常见原因。Klotho基因是1997年由日本学者首次发现的一种抗衰老基因,近年来越来越多研究证实其编码的Klotho蛋白与RIRI关系紧密。本文就Klotho蛋白与RIRI之间存在的联系和相互作用机制予以综述。

Abstract: Renal ischemiareperfusion injury(RIRI) is an important factor affecting early renal function recovery and longterm survival after renal transplantation,and is also a common cause of acute renal injury in clinical practice.Klotho gene was first discovered by Japanese scholars in 1997.As an antiaging gene,in recent years,more and more studies have confirmed that Klotho protein is closely related to RIRI after renal transplantation.This article reviewsed the association and interaction mechanisms between Klotho protein and RIRI.
