Abstract:

ABSTRACT A 16 years old male was characterized by pharyngalgia, fever, gross hematuria, acute kidney injury and severe anemia with positive direct Coombs test. After renal biopsy, the final diagnosis of acute post-infection glomerulonephritis and autoimmune hemolysis anemia was made.
