Abstract:

Tubulointerstitial nephritisuveitis syndrome is an autoimmune mediated oculorenal syndrome.The incidence of this disease is underestimated because of the lack of understanding.We reviewed the latest progresses from the aspects of epidemiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnostic criteria,treatment and prognosis of the disease.The aim of this review was to enhance the understanding of this disease,make early diagnosis and treatment,strengthen monitoring and prevent recurrence,in order to improve the prognosis of the disease.
