Abstract:
Druginduced tubularinterstitial injury is a common complication in numerous medical procedures, with variable clinical presentations ranging from mild, reversible injury of renal functions to Endstage renal disease. The mechanisms of druginduced tubularinterstitial diseases may differ from various drugs. To improve the diagnosis and treatment, this paper will review the clinical presentations, pathology, pathogenesis, prevention and treatment of the druginduced tubularinterstitial diseases.
