摘要:

线粒体动力学是指线粒体之间不断进行融合和分裂,处于动态平衡。线粒体动力学紊乱影响线粒体功能,参与神经、心血管和代谢性疾病等多种疾病的发病机制。新近研究发现,线粒体动力学紊乱参与肾小管上皮细胞和足细胞损伤机制,参与急性肾损伤、糖尿病肾病和肾病综合征的发病机制,对其深入理解有助于探索新的肾脏保护靶点。本文对线粒体动力学紊乱与肾脏损伤研究进展加以综述。

Abstract:

Mitochondria are highly dynamic organelle undergoing continuous fusion and fission. Dysregulation of mitochondrial dynamics participates in the mechanism of neurodegenerative diseases, cardiac diseases and metabolic diseases. Recent studies found that mitochondrial dynamics disequilibrium participates in the mechanism of kidney disease and injury of tubular cell and podocyte. The progress on mitochondrial dynamics and kidney diseases is reviewed here in order to explore new agents for kidney protection.
