摘要:

摘  要:糖原合酶激酶3(GSK3)尤其是GSK-3β亚型,广泛参与真核细胞有丝分裂、细胞分化、细胞骨架组装及上皮细胞存活等重要生命活动。长期使用锂制剂(GSK-3的抑制剂)的患者会出现尿崩症,提示GSK-3β在肾脏尿液浓缩功能中发挥重要作用。肾移植病人应用雷帕霉素(Rapamycin)后GSK-3β活性被抑制,发生足细胞损伤,可出现蛋白尿。GSK-3β对于肾小管浓缩功能及足细胞构成完整有效的滤过屏障有重要作用。

Abstract:

ABSTRACT  Glycogen synthase kinase-3, especialy the glycogen synthase kinase-3β (GSK3β) subtype, has impacted in many life activation, including karyomitosis, cell differentiation, cytoskeletal organization and normal epithelial survival. The patients on long-term Li+ treatment may lead to nephrogenic diabetes insipidus (NDI), indicating that GSK3β might be crucial for urine concentration by the kidneys. Prolonged rapamycin treatment on patients with kidney transplantation leads to an increase in (GSK3β) phosphorylation, accompanied by the reduced expression of slit diaphragm-associated proteins and resulted in an altered cytoskeletal structure and reduced motility of podocytes. GSK3β inhibitors can cause similar effects on padocytes as treatment with rapamycin. GSK3β has been associated with podocytes injury and proteinuria.
