摘要: 脓毒症是导致急性肾损伤(AKI)最常见的原因之一。脓毒症相关急性肾损伤(SAAKI)早期不易识别,病死率高,预后差,其发病机制复杂、多因素参与,临床表型、疾病进展、治疗反应均具有异质性,目前尚无确切有效干预手段。本文就SAAKI的病理生理机制作一综述,以期为进一步研究提供参考。

Abstract: Sepsis is one of the most common causes of acute kidney injury (AKI) in clnical. Sepsis-associated AKI (SA-AKI) is difficult to detect in the early stage, and has a high mortality rate and poor prognosis. Its pathogenesis is complicated, with multiple factors involved,and its clinical phenotypes,disease progression, and treatment response are all potentially heterogeneous. Currently, there is no definite and effective means of intervention. This review summarized the pathophysiology of SAAKI, in order to provide a reference for further research.
