摘要:

摘 要 心血管疾病是慢性肾脏病尤其是透析人群中的第一位死亡原因,血管钙化在心血管疾病发生发展的过程中起了重要作用。维生素K依赖蛋白有抑制血管钙化的作用,维生素K作为辅因子在其中担任了重要角色,它的的缺乏能导致严重的血管钙化,而补充后能明显减轻甚至逆转钙化。本文简要介绍维生素K参与血管钙化的过程和临床应用维生素K后带来的意义。

Abstract:

Abstract: Cardiovascular disease is the first important cause of death in chronic kidney disease, especially in hemodialysis, in which vascular calcification (VC) plays a key role in the progression. Vitamin K-dependent protein can inhibit calcification in the arterial, and vitamin K has a vital function as a cofactor. Insufficiency of vitamin K leads to severe VC, while high vitamin K intake resulted in reduced VC significantly. This review is to summarize vitamin K, vascular calcification and its clinical implications.
