摘要:

本文系统梳理蔗糖羟基氧化铁 (sucroferric oxyhydroxide,SFOH) 在控制维持性血液透析患者高磷血症的研究进展,分析其药理特性与临床应用价值,旨在为优化慢性肾脏病矿物质和骨异常的综合管理策略提供参考。本文综述 SFOH 的表面吸附⁃原位沉淀作用机制,基于大型 Ⅲ 期临床试验数据,对比其与传统磷结合剂的疗效、安全性及服药负荷差异。

Abstract: This review systematically summarises research progress on the use of sucroferric oxyhydroxide (SFOH) for the control of hyperphosphatemia in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis, analysing its pharmacological properties and clinical value, with the aim of providing guidance for optimising comprehensive management strategies for Chronic Kidney Disease⁃Mineral and Bone Disorder. This review examines the surface adsorption and in situ precipitation mechanisms of SFOH and, based on large⁃scale Phase Ⅲ clinical trial data, compares its efficacy, safety and drug burden with those of conventional phosphate binders.
