Abstract:

ABSTRACT：Inflammation plays a central role in acute kidney injury (AKI)， involves cells of both the innate and adaptive immune systems, in which neutrophil, dendritic cells and regulatory T cells contribute to the systematic inflammation. So to take the immune cells as the target with the medicine therapy and the extracorporeal approach will improve the prognosis of patients with AKI. In this view, both immune cells and associated treatment will be discussed.
