Abstract:

Abstract: Renal interstitial fibrosis is one of the main pathological changes of chronic allograft nephropathy, which is the main cause of long-term kidney transplant failure. The methods for the diagnosis of fibrosis in chronic allograft nephropathy can be divided into pathological, molecular and physical ways. The treatment ways mainly include immunosuppressive therapy, physical therapy, drugs extracted from pants, stem cell therapy and so on. Further researches in diagnosis and treatment of renal allograft interstitial fibrosis are extremely needed during clinical practice.
