摘  要:2型糖尿病和糖尿病肾病在我国的发病率逐年升高,已经成为影响我国人口健康的重要疾病之一。代谢组学是系统生物学的重要组成部分,其能够实时反映生物机体内已经发生的化学反应过程。代谢组学已逐渐成为糖尿病及其并发症研究的强有力的工具之一,被用于发现2型糖尿病及糖尿病肾病早期诊断、风险预测、疗效及预后判断生物标志物。本文将就代谢组学技术及其在糖尿病和糖尿病肾病研究中的应用进行综述。

Abstract:

ABSTRACT The prevalence of diabetes mellitus and diabetic nephropathy was increasing in China, which has become an important threaten to the health of the population. Metabonomics is a part of systems biology, and is the nontargeted measurement of all low-molecular-weight compounds, that appear in a particular solid tissue or biofluid in a living organism. Metabonomics has become one of the most powerful tools for the study of diabetes and its complications, and it was used to find the biomarkers of risk prediction, early diagnosis, therapeutic effect and prognosis in diabetes mellitus and diabetic nephropathy. In this article, we reviewed the metabonomics studies in these fields.
