摘要：

【摘要】甘露糖结合凝集素（MBL）缺乏与近30%人群免疫功能失调有关,在免疫紊乱相关疾病常见。MBL能够识别病原体、激活甘露糖补体活化通路，参与先天性免疫应答。MBL2基因多态性与血清中MBL蛋白浓度、结构异常有关。关于MBL与多种细胞外病原体感染性疾病、自身免疫性、肝病和免疫缺陷相关性疾病已经得到广泛研究，近来越来越重视MBL在肾脏疾病中的作用。

Abstract:

【Abstract】Mannan-binding lectin (MBL) deficiency has been classified as a commonly occurring immune disorder, affecting approximately 30% of the human population. MBL, being part of the innate immune system, supports the recognition of infectious pathogens，and activates the lectin pathway of the complement system. MBL2 gene polymorphisms are associated with quantitative and qualitative MBL abnormalities in the serum. This review focuses on the MBL and the role of it in kidney disease.
