摘要:

TAM受体酪氨酸激酶家族是受体酪氨酸激酶(receptor tyrosine kinases,RTKs)亚家族的一类,由受体酪氨酸激酶(TYRO3,AXL,MER)共同组成,它们有共同的配体生长特意阻滞基因6(GAS6)和蛋白S(α)(6PROS1)。TAM既是受体又是酶,其与配体结合,诱导靶蛋白的络氨酸残基磷酸化,在介导细胞外信号转导的过程中发挥重要作用。TAM家族广泛表达在哺乳动物的多种组织中,在神经、免疫、造血、泌尿等系统中发挥重要的生物学功能。本文主要就TAM家族在肾脏等系统中的研究情况进行综述。

Abstract:

The TAM receptor tyrosine kinase family consist of TYRO3,AXL,and MER. They have common ligands,GAS6 and PROS1.TAM receptors function as both receptor and enzyme,which can bind to ligands,and phosphorylate the tyrosine residues of target protein. TAM recptors play important roles in mediating extracellular signal transduction. Studies have shown that the TAM family are expressed in various tissues,and play biological function in nervous,immune,hematopoietic and urinary systems. This article reviews the research on the TAM family function in the kidney and other system.
