摘要:

急性肾损伤(AKI)是临床常见危重病,多种病因引起的肾小管上皮细胞线粒体功能障碍是其重要病理生理改变。过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ辅激活物1α(peroxisome proliferatoractivated receptor γ coactivator 1α,PGC1α)是一种核转录辅激活因子,是维持线粒体稳态的“中枢调控分子”。AKI时肾小管上皮细胞PGC1α下调,并介导线粒体损伤、脂代谢紊乱等过程,在AKI的发生发展中起着重要作用。因此,PGC1α有望成为AKI治疗的新靶点。本文综述PGC1α与AKI相关研究的最新进展。

Abstract:

Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a common critical disease.Mitochondrial injury and dysfunction of renal tubule epithelial cells (RTECs) induced by several causes is main pathophysiological change in AKI.Peroxisome proliferatoractivated receptor γ coactivator 1α (PGC1α) is a nuclear transcriptional coactivator,which acts as a “master regulator” in maintaining mitochondrial homeostasis.Downregulation of PGC1α was found to mediate mitochondrial damage and lipid metabolism disorder in RTECs,leading to occurrence and development of AKI.Therefore,PGC1α may be a new target for AKI therapy.This review summarizes the current progress on acute kidney injury and PGC1α.
