Abstract: ＴChronic kidney disease (CKD) and heart failure are the major health burdens worldwide, and they often coexist. Compared with single disease, CKD patients with heart failure have more severe clinical manifestations and worse prognosis. Due to the complexity of pathogenesis and intersection of two disciplines, as well as the related large-scale clinical trials often exclude patients with moderate to severe renal insufficiency, the research progress of these patients is slow and clinical management is more difficult. This article reviews the current research status of CKD with heart failure, with a view to providing new ideas for follow-up research.
