Abstract:
Objective:This study was to investigate the clinical effects of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) in patients with arteriovenous fistula stenosis, and to analyze the influencing factors of patency rate,in order to find prognostic indicators and methods to improve prognosis. Methodology:A retrospective analysis of all patients undergoing PTA from the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University from November 2015 to February 2017 was followed up for one year.Calculate primary and secondary patency rates. Results: The primary patency rates of 54 patients with PTA at 3,6,and 12 months after surgery were 926%,759%,and 566%.The secondary patency rate was 978%,874%,and 746%.Age,age of internal hemorrhoids, and activated partial thromboplastin time were risk factors for the patency rate after PTA. Conclusion: The shortterm opening effect of PTA is good, but the problem of low patency rate in the medium and long term still needs to be overcome.
