Abstract:

Lupus nephritis (LN) is a common target organ damage of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE),which will cause death and affect prognosis.We hope to find some markers to correctly reflect  severity,disease activity,prognosis and relapse of LN in order to make a rational treatment.With the rapid progress of technology and research,many novel biomarkers for LN has been discovered in recent years.Genes can help us diagnose and evaluate prognosis.MiRNAs may reflect the disease activity,and some proteins such as MCP1,NAGL,antiC1q,antiC3b,also help to diagnose and monitor the activity of diseaseIn this review,the recent biomarkers of LN were summarized.
