Abstract:

A 49yearold man presented with renal insufficiency,moderate proteinuria and mild hematuria 2 years after renal transplantation.Renal biopsy showed glomerular nodular lesions,with κ light chain diffusely distributed in the mesangial area,GBMs,TBMs and vessel walls.The final diagnosis was light chain deposition disease in renal graft.
