Abstract: Autogenous arteriovenous fistula (AVF) is the preferred vascular access for hemodialysis treatment. Its poor function will seriously affect the dialysis adequacy of patients and increase the risk of poor prognosis. AVF stenosis is the most common complication. The treatment of AVF stenosis includes interventional minimally invasive, surgical and drug intervention strategies. This article reviews the progress of clinical treatment of AVF stenosis as follows.
