摘要: 急性肾损伤(AKI)是以肾小球滤过率急速下降、血清肌酐迅速升高或尿量急速减少为特征的临床综合征,具有较高的发病率和死亡率。目前针对AKI的治疗手段仍然有限。远端缺血预处理(rIPC)是一种非药物的治疗方式,有研究报道可改善AKI患者的肾功能,但rIPC在降低不同类型AKI发病率方面仍存在争议。本文旨在综述rIPC对不同类型AKI的疗效及作用机制,为rIPC的临床应用提供理论依据。

Abstract: Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a clinical syndrome characterized by a rapid increase in serum creatinine, a rapid decline in glomerular filtration rate, or urine volume, with high morbidity and mortality. However, the treatment options for AKI are still limited at present. Remote ischemic preconditioning (rIPC) is a non-pharmacological and effective treatment modality to improve renal function in AKI patients. This article aims to review the therapeutic effect and underlying mechanism of rIPC on different types of AKI and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of rIPC.
