摘要: 糖尿病的发病人数在我国越来越多,糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)是糖尿病最严重的急性并发症之一,其发生率和住院率也越来越高。DKA的发生大多是因为糖尿病患者胰岛素缺乏或剂量不足,并且升糖激素(如肾上腺素、皮质醇和生长激素)释放导致血糖进一步升高。由于DKA患者的酸碱失衡和电解质紊乱、体液大量丢失,其发生急性肾损伤(AKI)的风险较高。AKI在短时间内可进展为急性肾衰竭,危及患者生命。本文旨在探讨DKA相关肾损伤的发病机制,以及在糖尿病患者发生DKA时如何及时预防或扭转AKI。

Abstract: TThe incidence of diabetes is increasing in China. Diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) is one of the most serious acute complications of diabetes, its incidence and hospitalization rate are also increasing.The occurrence of DKA is mostly caused by insulin deficiency or insufficient dose in diabetes patients, and the release of glucocorticoids such as adrenaline, cortisol and growth hormone leads to further increase of blood glucose.The high risk of acute kidney injury (AKI) due to the disturbance of acid-base balance, electrolyte balance and mass loss of body fluid in patients with DKA. AKI can cause acute of renal failure in a short time, endangering the lives of patients. The purpose of this study was to investigate the mechanism of DKA induced renal injury, so as to prevent or reverse AKI in diabetic patients with DKA.
