Abstract: Autoimmune disease is a type of disease in which the immune system is unable to recognize autoantigens and tissues and produce immune response, resulting in damage or functional abnormalities of tissues and organs.Chimeric antigen receptor T cells (CAR-T) therapy is regarded as a promising new type of tumor immunotherapy, which has achieved great success in hematological malignancies such as B lymphoblastic leukemia, and also provides a new idea for the treatment of autoimmune diseases.
