摘要: 心肾综合征是指心脏和肾脏功能不全相互影响、相互加重,从而导致心肾功能急剧恶化的一种临床综合征,其发病机制复杂。本文主要综述心、肾损伤涉及的共同的信号通路,包括血管紧张素Ⅱ、Wnt/βcatenin通路、TWEAK/Fn14通路、Ca2+CaNNFAT信号通路、TGFβ/Smad通路等,试图解释心肾之间的相互联系和调控机制,为开发新的药物靶点提供思路,并为临床研究和治疗提供理论基础。

Abstract: Cardiacrenal syndrome refers to a clinical syndrome in which the function of heart and kidney in affected and aggravated by each other, resulting in the rapid deterioration of cardiorenal function. The pathogenesis of this is complicated. This article focuses on common signaling pathways involved in heart and kidney injury, including angiotensin Ⅱ, Wnt/βcatenin pathway, TWEAK/Fn14 pathway, Ca2+CaNNFAT signal pathway, TGFβ/Smad pathway, etc, trying to explain relationship and regulation between heart and kidney, providing research ideas for developing new drug targets and theoretical basis for clinical research and treatment.
