摘要:

自体动静脉内瘘功能障碍是血液透析患者常见的并发症,新生内膜异常增生和血管向外重塑障碍导致静脉流出道狭窄是其最常见原因。由于目前对内瘘功能障碍的病理生理机制缺乏足够认识,因此,尚缺乏有效措施提高内瘘通畅率。本文就血管通路狭窄的组织病理学特征,以及血流动力学改变和分子生物学机制在血管通路功能障碍中的作用作一综述。

Abstract:

Arteriovenous fistula dysfunction is a frequent and often unforeseeable complication in hemodialysis patients.The most common cause of vascular access dysfunction is venous outflow stenosis from neointimal hyperplasia and inward remodeling.There have been few effective treatments for vascular access dysfunction.because of the limited understanding of the pathophysiology of vascular access dysfunction.This review will describe the histopathologic features of hemodialysis access stenosis,and discuss the hemodynamic factors and molecular biology in the pathogenesis of vascular access dysfunction.
