摘要:
急性肾损伤(AKI)是一常见临床综合征,脓毒症和低血容量是最常见的原因。AKI可导致液体超负荷、电解质酸碱平衡紊乱及其他内环境紊乱。AKI和AKI高风险患者既要保持有效循环容量,同时也要防止出现液体超负荷。本文就AKI液体治疗的目的与指征、液体复苏方法及连续性肾脏替代治疗的液体管理策略等作一综述。

Abstract:
Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a common syndrome,and the most frequent two aetiologies are sepsis and hypovolemia.AKI can lead to fluid overload,electrolyte acidbase disturbance and other dysfunction.For AKI patients or patients with high risk of AKI,it is important to maintain effective circulatory volume and prevent fluid overload.In this paper,the objectives and indications of fluid therapy,fluid resuscitation during AKI,and fluid management strategies for continuous renal replacement therapy are reviewed.
